Vadium Appoints Global Software as an AlphaCipher Distributor in South America
TACOMA, Washington & BUENOS AIRES, Argentina — October 16, 2007 -- Vadium Technology, Inc. a leading provider of easy to use, unbreakable data security and privacy solutions is pleased to announce entering into a software distribution agreement with Global Software Security & Forensic Solutions, SRL (Global Software.)
Under the agreement, Global Software will market and distribute Vadium’s AlphaCipher Digital One-Time Pad solutions to its clients in all thirteen South American countries along with Panama, using its extensive reseller and independent sales channel. This agreement provides the South American marketplace, wide-scale direct access to the leading unbreakable data encryption solution. In addition to developing Vadium’s market presence in South America, Global Software will provide a variety of marketing services to support the distribution and sales of AlphaCipher solutions that includes sales channel development along with post sale service and support for AlphaCipher end users. AlphaCipher encryption solutions can be licensed in South America by contacting Global Software directly.
