Vadium Technology Partners with Italy’s Omnitech to Distribute AlphaCipher in Southern Europe
TACOMA, WA and ROME, ITALY– October 8, 2007 – Vadium Technology, Inc. a leading provider of easy to use, unbreakable data security and privacy solutions is pleased to announce entering into a software distribution agreement with Omnitech S.r.l., (“Omnitech”).
Based in Rome, Italy, Omnitech is a recently formed IT security consultancy formed by industry leaders that provides secure software applications and technology management services to government and corporate clients. Under the agreement, Omnitech will market and distribute Vadium’s AlphaCipher Digital One-Time Pad solutions to clients in Southern Europe focusing on Italy. In addition to developing Vadium’s market presence in Southern Europe, Omnitech will provide a variety of marketing services to support the distribution and sales of AlphaCipher solutions that includes post sale service and support for AlphaCipher end users.
