VADIUM AND COMINTEL TO MARKET ALPHACIPHER IN MALAYSIA
TACOMA, Washington & KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — September 25, 2007 -- Vadium Technology, Inc. a leading provider of easy to use, unbreakable data security and privacy solutions is pleased to announce entering into a software distribution agreement with Comintel Corporation, Bhd. (“Comintel”).

Under the agreement, Comintel will market and distribute Vadium’s AlphaCipher Digital One-Time Pad solutions to government and corporate clients in Malaysia.  This agreement provides the Malaysian marketplace direct access to the leading unbreakable data encryption solution that is both fast and easy to use.  In addition to developing Vadium’s market presence in Malaysia, Comintel will provide a variety of marketing services to support the distribution and sales of AlphaCipher solutions that includes post sale service and support for AlphaCipher end users. AlphaCipher encryption solutions can be licensed in Malaysia by contacting Comintel directly.
